Shoutout to Leo in the hot food section. Needed a ton of chicken in a small amount of time. Called and spoke with Leo who told me they usually need a 24 hour advance notice(completely on me for forgetting). Leo let us know he could take care of us and to come on in. Thank you Leo for saving our day. We appreciate the great customer service

My review is for the employees. Many of the employees smile and are very helpful every time we visit. Our check out/cashier was great. And has been for the 4 years we've been coming here. Give Javaelle a raise or promotion. She is always so upbeat and greets my children and I with a smile. She takes the time to make my kids laugh & smile without disrupting or slowing other shoppers. You're awesome Javaelle!

I shop at this Jewel often not only because all ofthe people who work there are extremely nice and helpful, but I also like how clean they keep the store. In comparison to other jewel stores this one seems to have a wider variety available to you. A huge selection a flowers can be found in their floral department. As a courtesy to their customers, if you're unsure where to find an item, they have put a list of items and which row you can find them on the middle end caps. And if you still cannot find the item your looking for, you can ask any employee who is walking around the store and they will make sure that you get all the help you need. As a bonus there's a Starbucks conveniently located inside. And there is an access to the UPS store from the inside and outside.

Nice big store, I came in looking for sushi, they didn't disappoint! Everything was fresh and so tasty. Store was quite organized and clean! Def recommend

It's a good place to sell daily necessities. My favourite is freshly squeezed juice. I buy one every time I go there. Buy the steak when it's on sale.

I would like to write a very sincere review about the Starbucks in this store. There was a lady with dark brown hair and glasses. She was very unnecessarily rude even when I was not rude or hostile with her at all. I would LOVE to compliment and say how hardworking the other employee in this Starbucks named R’ Taija was. She was very kind and accommodating. The other lady’s interaction with me though was very questionable. If she is unhappy with the position, I would suggest other locations. Anyways, thank you R’ Taija for remaining professional even when another is being negative.

This store on Cass Ave is the best! Their produce is so fresh and their Buy One Get One Free specials are great. Also, there is always someone close by to ask for help. Check out the outdoor plant tent, wow!
